YouTube is a channel that most people have used at one point or another, but it still comes with a learning curve. How do you post a video to YouTube? How do you set up a Watch Later list? How do you sign up for YouTube Red?
YouTube’s FAQ page isn’t anything fancy. It’s surprisingly minimal. But, it does a great job of delivering fast, efficient information so that people can get back to what they were doing – watching and posting videos! A search feature is also included in case you can’t find what you are looking for.
The All Girl Shave Club FAQ page has refreshing graphics and a consistent color scheme. A full-width header introduces the page, and the answers are delivered in an accordion fashion. As you click on the question, it opens up and provides you with a detailed response. Also included on the FAQ page is the option to connect with the brand on social media or sign up for the newsletter.
At first glance, Mint’s FAQ page doesn’t look like anything out of the ordinary. But at closer inspection, you’ll find that this page is loaded with great information. It’s extremely minimal – barely a color present! But, considering that the company is trying to answer questions related to money management, pretty colors and graphics aren’t necessary. The questions are organized under various subheadings and written in a conversational tone.
Vimeo has a dedicated Help Center that is stuffed with information. From purchasing videos to uploading to the site, Vimeo does a great job of explaining things in detail. On the home page, there are also common FAQs listed out. This way, customers can choose the plan they want, then visit the Help Center later for uploading videos, managing their membership and more.
FAQ pages are often underrated, but they are an important part of your site. Be sure to give your page the proper attention so that it keeps customers in your pipeline.
