After a year away, we wanted to bring the New Jersey Digital Marketing Conference (NJDMC) back to the beach in its third year. At the heart of the Jersey Shore, in local hotspot Asbury Park, the Berkeley Oceanfront Hotel was the perfect venue that showed off the best of New Jersey. The hotel has history, with legendary figures like Johnny Cash and the Vacarro Brothers; the hotel has amazing views, overlooking the famous Asbury Park boardwalk; and now, on June 21, the hotel has the chance to host one of the premiere marketing events in the state.
NJDMC continues to attract attendees from all across the tri-state area, providing an invaluable networking opportunity. Industry experts spend the day building business relationships and learning tips and tricks from their peers that change the game in the ever-evolving digital sphere. More than 200 people gathered in the ballroom at the Berkeley to learn about the latest digital strategies they can implement in their own campaigns.
This year’s speakers, from Facebook, Mark Beal Media, Hersha Hospitality Management, Unbounce, and iCIMS, covered a wide range of hot digital topics including augmented reality, marketing to Gen Z, content development, customer journeys, and more. Keeping on top of these trending topics is incredibly important in such a versatile field, and everyone (including us!) learned new tips that help us stay up-to-date and effective with our marketing plans and strategies.
As always, we would like to take a moment to thank our sponsors, Jersey Shore Women in Tech, CVPJ, Cowerks, AMANJ, NJSBDC, and the Asbury Park Chamber of Commerce. These partners make all the difference each year as we organize the conference, and entering the planning phases for the fourth year of the conference, we are grateful to have the support of like-minded industry leaders.
If you missed out this year, don’t worry–you can check out our conference recap video here. If you’re interested in updates about our 2020 conference, follow us on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter!
